Our Programs: Longview

Presbyterian Children’s Home and Services began offering services in Longview in 2007, when we established a new Child & Family Program and opened a branch of our Foster Care Program at The Paula Martin Jones Charities.

The Child & Family Program is designed to address crisis situations before children have to be placed outside their homes. Families threatened by financial, physical and mental health issues or other challenges can receive the help they need to stay together and succeed.

Kids in the PCHAS Foster Care Program are closely matched with foster families who meet their unique needs, giving placements a strong opportunity to be successful. Children reside in the private neighborhood homes of our trained and certified foster parents. They attend public school, receive spiritual guidance and Christian nurture, and are able to receive individual and family counseling services as needed.
