Charity Navigator, www.charitynavigator.org, rates charities by evaluating their financial health and their accountability and transparency. Charity Navigator ratings show givers how efficiently they believe a charity will use their support today, how well it has sustained its programs and services over time, and their level of commitment to being accountable and transparent. Presbyterian Children’s Homes & Services is exceedingly proud of our four-star Charity Navigator rating, the highest ranking the organization bestows.

The U.S. foster care system is in crisis. Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services (PCHAS) believes that churches can and should step in to help.
